On September 20, Consul General Yan Yuqing and Director General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) Prof. Eghosa E. Osaghae, jointly inspected the “Window to China” project financed by the Consulate General. Prof. Efem N. Ubi, Director of Research and Studies Department at the NIIA, and Mr. Yang Mingli, Deputy GM of Southwest Regional Office CCECC Nigeria Limited, and others, participated in the inspection work.
