The Consulate General of the people's Republic of China in Lagos informs that ordinary passport holders applying for Chinese Hong kong visa and Chinese Macao visa are required to submit the application documents to Chinese visa application service center in Lagos from May 1st, 2019.This Consulate General only accept the above visa applications from diplomatic and official passport holders or those who are qualified for diplomatic,official or courtesy visas. Chinese visa application service center in Lagos will charge visa fee on behalf of this Consulate General and extra service fee accordingly. CHINA  HONG KONG  VISA  APPLICATION

To apply for China Hong Kong visa, here are the requirements:

1.Fill the Hong Kong visa application form via the website;

2.Passport photograph. Specifically coloured clothes on a white background, and passport photo should be taken in recent 3 months,

3.Validity of international passport;

a.Passport should have a validity of over 6 months.

b.Previous Hong Kong visa page.

c.Entry and exit visa stamp.

Note: If the need arises, applicants should provide original passport.

4.Applicant must provide police character certificate

5.In and outbound flight to Hong Kong

6.Hotel booking confirmation

7.Original bank statement

8.Employment certification;

a.Employment letter

b.Certificate of business registration or CAC

c.Original introduction letter

d.Original bank statement of company

e.Certified document to show position held in company

f.Payroll evidence

g.Photocopy of Identity card.

9.Itinerary to Hong Kong: if there is payment receipt from agency in hotel, please applicant should supply.

10.If applicant want to transit in Hong Kong, applicant must provide hotel and flight booking for next destination

11.If an applicant wants to do business in Hong Kong, applicant must provide the following;

a.Invitation letter from the inviter

b.Invitation letter from the company in Hong Kong.

c.If an applicant wants to go for a commodity fair or exhibition, invitation letter from the organizers of the fair must be provided.

12.If an applicant wants to vist relative, such an applicant must provide:

a.Proof of relationship like birth certificate or marriage certificate.

b.Entry visa page.

c.Resident permit.
